Support from Colourful Clouds Counselling & Wellbeing

We welcome referrals from GPs, Allied Health Practitioners, Disability (NDIS) & Aged-care providers, rehab teams, and community services seeking trauma-informed, holistic, ongoing emotional, relational, and mental health support for their clients.

Who we are

Founder Erica Li (Accredited Mental Health Social Worker) brings a culturally responsive, trauma-informed lens, grounded in practice across neurodivergent & neurodegenerative, chronic conditions, disability, loss and grief, youth & adult mental illness, and suicide prevention.

Our vision at Colourful Clouds is to deliver personalised assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based psychological therapy, supporting capacity building and wellbeing, in a collaborative environment.

What we offer

• Psychological Therapy (Focused Psychological Strategies) & Counselling – Individuals, couples, families. In-person, by phone or via video. Trauma-informed, evidence-based (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, Schema-informed, Interpersonal Therapy). 

• Care Navigation & Social Work Consultation – Helping clients access NDIS, My Aged Care, advocacy and service system navigation. 

• Supervision & Consulting – For practitioners, teams or organisations seeking reflective supervision, trauma-informed systems support or wellbeing frameworks.

Referral & Funding Info

• Standard session: 50 minutes, fee $190. 

• Medicare rebates available via GP referral & Mental Health Treatment Plan. 

• Self-funding, private funds (T&C), NDIS (plan- or self-managed), My Aged Care and DVA options also accepted. 

• No referral required for Psychological Therapy, but a GP referral is needed where Medicare rebate is sought.

How to refer

1. Email your queries or referral/Mental Health Treatment Plan to hello@colourfulclouds.com.au

2. Provide a brief referral letter or email outlining client’s presenting issues, relevant history, current supports and goals.

3. We’ll respond promptly to discuss suitability, mode of engagement, and next steps.

4. With your client’s consent, we’ll keep you informed of progress, key risks, and discharge/stepping down plan.
